We are excited to be partnering with FOTS Rescue in Ohio County, Kentucky, to provide much needed, low-cost, spay/neuter services to our area. The clinic is located in Hartford, Kentucky, at the Friends of the Ohio County Shelter facility, but there are NO COUNTY or INCOME RESTRICTIONS. We are currently scheduling and working off a waiting list, but please fill out the form and a SparKy representative will be in contact.
